 Plant Mechanic / Maintenance Technician
Full-Time – Houston, TXKey Responsibilities:

• Perform assigned preventive maintenance tasks on schedule

• Conduct routine scheduled maintenance on all plant equipment and machinery

• Quickly respond to and resolve equipment stoppages and mechanical breakdowns

• Troubleshoot issues and repair or replace worn/defective parts, motors, control devices, and related components

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a mechanic or maintenance technician in a manufacturing or food-production environment (preferred)

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems

• Ability to read schematics and technical manuals

• Commitment to safety and food-safety standards

• Reliable, team-oriented, and ready to work in a fast-paced setting
